Orders and Purchases

When you purchase access to a film, educational resource, event, or other offering through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

Educational Film Access

When educational or digital viewing access is offered, access is provided according to the terms stated on the applicable product or purchase page.

Access is intended for the purchaser and authorized users only and may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, resold, or publicly shared unless expressly permitted by the applicable license.

Educational licensing may be subject to additional terms governing the number of users, duration of access, location, and permitted use.

Event Bookings

Requests to book a screening, speaker, book signing, panel, or other event are not confirmed until arrangements have been agreed upon by Komadrona Media Lab and the requesting organization or individual.

Additional terms may apply depending on the event, speaker, location, and services requested.

Licensing

Film, photography, educational, and other licensing arrangements are subject to separate licensing terms when applicable.

A request for licensing information does not itself grant permission to use or reproduce any Komadrona Media Lab content.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the product, event, or service purchased. Any applicable policy will be provided at the time of purchase or booking.

Changes to Offerings
